For any custom emojis, they will have to be created and from your server only.

You can remove a reaction trigger with the reaction remove command.
If you’re struggling to remove a reaction trigger, join the support server.

You can use the reaction edit command to update an reaction triggers.
This command uses a series of subcommands.
You can use the reaction reset command to remove all reaction triggers.
You can use the reaction view command to view all the reaction triggers.
